Production, Manufacturing, Procurement, Sales, Packaging and Delivery, Handover
Production, manufacturing, procurement, sales, packaging, and delivery will be carried out by the following parties:
(1)Production: Wagyu beef producers in each production area (production areas vary depending on the product)
(2)Manufacturing: Operators of export meat handling facilities as defined by the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare's guidelines
(3)Procurement: JA Zenno Meat Foods Co., Ltd. (Minato-ku, Tokyo)
(4)Sales: Tsuchiya Co., Ltd. (Yokoshiba Mitsucho, Sanbu District, Chiba Prefecture)
(5)Packaging and Delivery: JAL Cargo Service Co., Ltd. (Narita City, Chiba Prefecture)
(6)Handover: JAL ABC Co., Ltd. (Chuo-ku, Tokyo)
Shipping
Shipping costs to the ABC counter (departure lobby) at Tokyo International Airport (Haneda) and Narita International Airport are free of charge.
Regarding Order Changes, Cancellations, and Refunds
Orders can be changed or canceled up to 48 hours before the scheduled departure time on the flight timetable. Cancellations due to user circumstances are not possible after 48 hours before the scheduled departure time on the flight timetable.
In the event of a item defect or a flight cancellation or delay, the full price of the item may be refunded. Please check the terms of use for details.
Gift Wrapping
We are unable to provide gift wrapping.
